DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit of the first night's room rate and tax is charged at the time of booking. A deposit of the entire stay plus tax is required for non-refundable reservations. Cancellation of standard reservations must occur at least 72 hours prior to 12:00am of arrival date to receive deposit refund. Deposits will not be refunded for all "non-refundable" reservations. Deposit and cancellation policy for packages and promotional rates may vary. Resort Fee plus tax will be collected at the time of check-in. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and could change in the time between booking and hotel stay. At the time of check-in, the tax rate then in effect will be collected for any hotel stay nights.

FOOD & BEVERAGE CREDIT

The Aquarius Food & Beverage credit has no cash value. Food & Beverage credit may only be applied to charges posted to the guest room, may only be applied at hotel owned and operated outlets and may only be used during breakfast hours. Resort Credit cannot be applied towards room rates, taxes, gratuities, gaming purchases, and other in-room amenity fees, Outback Steakhouse, McDonald’s, Subway, Dryers, Panda Express, or other retail outlets. Other exclusions may apply. Management reserves all rights. Credit card for in-room incidentals deposit is required at the time of check-in. If you are unable to meet this requirement, please contact Room Reservations at 1.800 342-2695 

INCIDENTALS POLICY

A valid credit card must be presented upon check in and authorized to cover additional room nights, resort fee, tax, and, incidentals.

ROOM REQUESTS

Smoking preference and other requests are noted but are not guaranteed and will be honored on a space-available basis. Maximum occupancy is four persons per room.

GROUP RESERVATIONS

Groups of 10 rooms or more must call Group Sales at 702-258-5124 Monday through Friday 9-5p if after hours please leave a message

CHECK-IN POLICY

Guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Valid Identification is required at check-in.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is 3:00pm and Check-out time is 11:00am.

ACCESSIBILITY NEEDS

For accommodation requests for people with disabilities, please call 1-800-662-5825. Jessica, I asked reservations and they don’t have a special number for guests with disabilities it’s the same as for regular reservations. 

OTHER HOTEL POLICIES

  • To promote safety for our guests, the  Arizona Charlie’s Casino has established a “No Colors” policy. This means articles of clothing with a motorcycle club affiliation logo are not permitted anywhere in the public areas of our property at any time. We will request that anyone wearing one of these club affiliations to remove the item or depart from the public areas of the Arizona Charlie’s Casino
  • Although Nevada law allows recreational marijuana usage in certain limited locations, the Aquarius does not allow recreational marijuana usage in its hotel rooms, casino or public spaces.
  • In order to provide a safe and enjoyable guest experience, the Arizona Charlie’s Casino reserves the right to enter guest rooms for maintenance, safety, security, and other purposes.
